This is me cooking Souvas (thin slices of reindeer meat), together with my two sons and my oldest son’s girlfriend.

For the theme “Local food” from

Guy helps Christian weigh a fish he caught in lake Storavan. It weighed about 500 grams and was absolutely delicious. (We smoked it.)
The fish is called sik in Swedish, I think the English name is lavaret and/or common white fish.

Taken in Gullön, a small village by lake Storavan, Lapland. One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to.

No more winter testing of cars for a while…
