I am working on my test in northern Sami, with short breaks for some Christmas decorating.

It’s chilly outside today: -15°C and snowing. I’m warm though, sitting here in the kitchen with a cozy fire going, lots of candles, Christmas music and some knitting. I have a ton of things to do, but right now I just want to sit here in peace and enjoy the moment.

I’m back down south, to spend Christmas and New Year’s with family and friends. Snow has finally arrived here too and it is, of course, wonderful to be with my loved ones…but how I miss Arvidsjaur. If I could, I’d rather move them up north instead of me coming here.

Igår besökte vi Ludvika gammelgård och gruvmuseum. Gammelgården besöker vi då och då, vi har bl.a. firat nationaldagen och midsommarafton där. Det är ett trevligt område att strosa omkring i och det finns också en servering. Museet har vi inte besökt förut, det var trevligt och intressant. Underbar miljö!
