Everyday life: Favorite snack
Fresh berries! This is a cloudberry, very common up here in Lapland. Delicious!
In Sweden you are free to pick berries and mushrooms in the forests no matter who owns them. That is one of the things I love best about living here.

Is it sweet or tart?
I like the cloudberry! Why we don’t have this delicious berry here in Germany? I miss it.
Rune – jag håller med. Hjortron är bland det godaste som finns!
Nancy – a little bit of both I’d say, but once ripe they are mostly sweet. Yummy yummy!
Rüdi – where I come from, further down south in Sweden, we do have cloudberries, but not in such abundance as up here.
