My world: “back home”

I am back home in Kopparberg, Västmanland, to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s with family and friends. Yesterday my mom and I drove to Borlänge, Dalarna, to do some last minute Christmas shopping. The landscape was beautiful, with the snow on the trees (I’m so happy they finally got some snow down here too, I was beginning to think I’d have a brown and muddy Christmas) and now and then: a bright blue sky.
And here you can see that I’m quite a ways down south from Arvidsjaur right now…

13 hours by bus and train…fun! NOT.

this is my first visit to your blog. I am in Florida in the USA. we are having a cold wave and I have been complaining of our freezing cold of 28 to 38 degrees. When I found your blog i found what COLD is.
Your photos are awesome. they are so clear and sharp I can almost feel and smell the cold and clear air. I will be back.
