My world: Arvidsjaur

Taken on my way to have coffee with a friend yesterday at around 1 pm. It snowed and snowed and snowed all day. Lovely!
The lady is using one of the most common means of transportation this time of year up here in the north: a “kick”. The Swedish name is “spark” which means just that: “(a) kick”.

Whoa! That’s a lot of snow! What a beautiful scene…It must be hard on the elderly and handicapped…Beautiful capture!
Åh lyckliga er som har snö. Är vinterlover så jag vill ha vitt och kallt, men just nu grått och +8. En härlig bild.
Snow, oh, wonderful. What a great shot
Hej Ulrika!

Carolyn – thank you! They’re usually quite good at getting the snow out of the way, when I took this photo they just hadn’t gotten to that part of town yet.
Marie – tack! Ja det är härligt med riktig vinter!
Riet – thank you!
Henning – tack så mycket, jag blir jätteglad!
Oh, my goodness! That’s a lot of snow. We do not have snow yet, thankfully. I’m not ready for snow and winter.
