My world: Arvidsjaur

arvidsjaurnov30_1

Taken on my way to have coffee with a friend yesterday at around 1 pm. It snowed and snowed and snowed all day. Lovely!

The lady is using one of the most common means of transportation this time of year up here in the north: a “kick”. The Swedish name is “spark” which means just that: “(a) kick”. :-)

Åh lyckliga er som har snö. Är vinterlover så jag vill ha vitt och kallt, men just nu grått och +8. En härlig bild.

Carolyn – thank you! They’re usually quite good at getting the snow out of the way, when I took this photo they just hadn’t gotten to that part of town yet.

Marie – tack! Ja det är härligt med riktig vinter! :-)

    Riet – thank you!

Henning – tack så mycket, jag blir jätteglad!

Oh, my goodness! That’s a lot of snow. We do not have snow yet, thankfully. I’m not ready for snow and winter. ;-)
